Kimberly Brighton is an award-winning romance author, incidental humorist, and asparagus enthusiast from the Philadelphia area.

She studied satirical writing and screenwriting at The Second City in Chicago. She is the author of The Shore Blog (TheShoreBlog.com), a travel website about the south Jersey coast, featuring the eight coastal towns of Cape May County from Ocean City to Cape May. She is also the author of Bla Bla Blog (BlaBlaBlog.org), a humor website showcasing her humorous pieces.

When not dreaming up swoony romance plots, she spends her free time sitting at red lights and searching for food expiration labels (really, can’t we just put them under the barcode and save ourselves years of searching the mayo’s edibility?) Married for 25 laugh-filled years, she’s discovered the key to lasting marriage: takeout.
